1. Data controller

2. An app that runs on your device

Fakturo is a local-first application: your data is processed 100% in your browser. The data you enter (your business information, the content of your invoices and quotes) is stored only in your browser's local storage ("localStorage"), on your own device. It is never sent to any server, and we never have access to it.

3. Banking data: none collected

Fakturo does not collect, process or store any banking or payment card data belonging to your clients. The amounts you write on your invoices are simply figures you type in, with no connection to any payment system.

4. Paying for your Fakturo license

License purchases are handled by third-party payment providers (Chariow / Moneroo, as well as mobile money operators such as Airtel Money and Moov Money). These providers collect the information required for the transaction under their own privacy policies. Fakturo never sees or stores your payment details.

5. Cookies and advertising analytics

We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (for example, knowing that a purchase took place). These tools set cookies. You can refuse them through your browser settings.

6. Your rights and control over your data

Since your data stays on your device, you keep full control over it: you can edit or erase it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser. For any request, contact us at contact@mimshachacademy.com.
